We Need the Eggs

This is it.  We’ve reached the end.  Not the end of me or the end of you or the end of this blog (don’t fret, dear friends!), but the end of my college career.

I think back to that first day:  carrying box after box up to my first dorm room, arranging my things, meeting my hallmates, staring at the floor as my mother tried to hide her tear-streaked face, hugging my father and regretting every hateful thing I ever muttered to my family. 

And suddenly I’m here.  School is over and something new must begin.  It’s exciting.  The friendships I’ve formed and the hardships I’ve endured changed my character more than I thought college could.

I’m proud and pleased and ready for what’s next.  Whatever that may be.
